I started using these Hit! Drops a few years ago. I found I prefer the Cinnamon flavor to the unflavored. They tend to work very quickly for me (usually 15-20 mins for the drops, if not sooner) and I can adjust the dose as needed depending on the situation. I use these to help manage stress levels when in public places and/or when at work and needing to focus. They help a lot with my Anxiety and keep me calm when I get too overwhelmed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take back control over their anxious monsters! <3
